Frappe for musical fruitarians

Delicious smoothies zinging out of the LAMP kitchen courtesy of young musicians from our after school music club. This little delight contains apples, fresh oranges, orange juice and strawberries (with carrot sticks on the side). Zap it and see! Truly divine. "A fresh smoothies really helps me stay in time with the beat" said one young person. And we wholeheartedly agree!
