I studied History & Sociology at The University or Warwick, graduating in 2001. Since then I have worked in a variety of education environments; a training centre, colleges, offender learning and for an Awarding Body. I have also, more recently, volunteered for the Adult Education Service and the Brunswick Hub Employment Programme.
Alongside my work at Leamington Lamp, I teach Functional Skills English at College. I am a Governor at my son’s school and on the PTA there too.
I particularly enjoy working for young people for whom mainstream education has not been successful.
Outside of work I look after my family and enjoy walking, watching boxsets and sugarcraft.
