I moved to Mauritius as a child and came back to the UK in 2005. After completing a BA degree in French at The University of Manchester I lived in Japan for a year where I taught English as a foreign language.
I returned to do a PGCE at Manchester Metropolitan University teaching French in Secondary. I have since worked as a teaching assistant in various schools with students from Nursery to GCSE.
In my spare time I like to read books, create digital and traditional art and do archery. I am also enrolled on the Jewellery and Silversmithing course at Warwickshire College where I get to tinker with metals to create unique pieces of art. I generally like experiencing new and interesting things as it keeps life exciting.
