Aerial at LAMP

Did you know that LAMP offers Aerial Performance as an after school activity? Delivered by the lovely Flo: aerial provides a brilliant outlet to help our young people with their physical and mental well-being.

Aerial involves performing various movements and exercises using a silks, a trapeze or a hoop, all suspended from the ceiling. It's brilliant exercise for improving strength and coordination, and has provided a fun and supportive space for our students to be social with their peers. Some of our students have found that achieving success in aerial has helped to boost our their confidence and self-esteem.

If you're a LAMP student who would like to give aerial a go, speak with Flo or Pip, and they'll find the right session for you.
