In an exciting experiment we're encouraging Manga fans to get into physical movement using Yoga stances. Students will look at typical stances of their Manga heroes and look for similarities with Yoga positions. The next stage is to try out the stances, devise a sequence and practice the moves.
The activity will form part of our PHSE delivery on health and wellbeing. For this activity we're working with Sujatha Menon who is a Ayurvedic Yoga teacher and Holistic Fitness coach.
